Participation options

There are a number of options for participating in the trade show. This depends on what you would like to present, what message you hope to get across and how you would like to do this.

We provide a number of presentation methods for you to convey your message in the best way possible.

General participation costs
First, each exhibitor pays a one-time fee for participation in the trade show. This will entitle you to: Unlimited and exclusive catering during the course of the trade show, cleaning of the booth space, link to your website at www.bedrijfenlogsitiek.eu , listing in the trade catalogue and provision of free associate cards.

The investment fee is € 415.00 for each exhibitor.

Booth space (floor area only)
You can purchase x amount of square meters (minimum 12 m2). You have to provide your own carpeting, partitions that are at least 2.5 meters high, electricity and lighting.

The investment fee is € 119.00 per m2

Standard booth construction
If you don’t have your own booth, you can purchase a standard booth construction from us. This includes: black system walls that are 2.5 m high, frieze frame with your name, two duo spots per 12 m2, one electrical outlet (220V/ 3KW) and gray carpeting.

The investment fee is € 59.00 per m2.

All prices are excluding 19% VAT and € 1.00 environmental levy per/m2
